Ms. Lilavois is responsible for building a global compliance program at Google for Corporate Communications. Prior to joining Google, her international legal and compliance expertise is over 20years with highly regulated financial institutions and Fintech.
Ms. Lilavois is collaborative and principled. Through demonstrated experience is considered results driven and a change agent that can proactively work in a 'entrepreneur’ mode. She has developed a niche skill set of developing or restructuring departments and building scalable Compliance programs with niche expertise in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Bribery and Corruption (FCPA, UK Bribery Act and country equivalents), Counter Terrorism Programs during times of extreme change prompted by either regulatory or internal scrutiny or aggressive strategic goals.
Ms. Lilavois was born and raised in London, United Kingdom (UK) and is a dual qualified international lawyer: England & Wales (2000) and New York State (1999). She relocated to New York to pursue an LLM in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law at Fordham University. To date, she has lived and worked in Zurich, London, Channel Islands, USA, across the Caribbean and has managed legal projects that have involved every continent spanning over 44 countries and still counting…
