Dr. Frasher has 18 years of subject matter expertise and experience leading matrixed teams in the creation of databases and efficient compliance processes suited to multi-jurisdictional demands. She is a leading expert on the intersection of financial crime compliance and data privacy and protection and has written extensively on how to implement efficient and adaptable processes focusing on the use of targeted data across an enterprise, and in private-private and public-private partnerships.
In her RegTech career, she was responsible for data inclusion policies and methodologies, training, quality assurance, and data privacy and protection as Director of Global Content for WorldCompliance with LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Her role at Moody’s Analytics focuses on delivering regulatory and operational insights to C-suite clients in the KYC space and beyond.
Frasher earned her Ph.D. in history from Texas A&M University, is a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Research Advisory Board, and was a Fulbright-Schuman Scholar to Malta and Belgium working with US and EU public and private sectors on transatlantic counter-terrorism finance data sharing.
