“Crossing the Line: A tale of fraud and consequences”
This session will dive into the story of Will Sutor, a former Minnesota personal injury attorney, who went from representing clients to being criminal charged by the federal government and ultimately disbarred. The session will be led by Jonathan Ferris, a former law enforcement agent who investigated Sutor. Ferris and Sutor will discuss the government investigation, Sutor’s role in the fraud scheme, the consequences of being a defendant, and how Sutor has rebuilt his life.
