Grigg, CAMS
Lisa Grigg was named the Chief Compliance Officer for U.S. Bank in April 2022. She leads a large team to achieve compliance objectives both domestically and International in all areas which U.S. operates.
Lisa is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (“CAMS”) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”). She joined U.S. Bank in June 2015 as the Chief Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance (“EFCC”) Executive. In this role Lisa was responsible for all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act. She had primary responsibility and oversight for the BSA/AML program, including working with regulators, handling exams, preparing board and business reports, and overseeing all aspects of the program for all lines of business, customers, products and channels domestically and Internationally
Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Lisa held many positions at Bank of America in their Global Financial Crimes Compliance Division, including AML Investigations Executive, AML Operations Executive, Fraud Investigations Executive, and BSA Officer. She also had experience and accountability during her tenure for AML processes and controls in Latin America, Canada, and Cayman Islands. Additional experience includes management positions at Wachovia Corporation leading the AML Investigations and Enhanced Due Diligence and OFAC teams. Lisa is a regular speaker at conferences and is a honorary Chair of the ACAMS Carolinas Chapter. She is a Director and Treasurer for the International Bankers Security Association and also serves on a Board as Audit Director for a Consortium of large Financial Institutions. Lisa has 8 years Federal law enforcement experience and 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
