Daniel Fields currently serves as an AML Technology Leader at Truist Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where he leads the AML Technology Delivery Agile team. In his current role, Daniel provides strategic leadership over prioritization and delivery of initiatives that enhances, strengthens risk management, and optimizes capabilities of the bank’s enterprise financial crimes platforms.

Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President leading the Financial Crimes Metrics & Reporting Data Insights team providing subject matter expertise in the development and modernization of AML and fraud metrics and reporting into the bank’s risk management framework, executive management reporting, and business intelligence visualization strategies. His work delivered actionable insights across the financial crimes program business unites, strengthening data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness.

Previously, Daniel served in multiple leadership roles such as, Vice President and BSA/AML MIS Manager at SunTrust Bank, responsible for oversight and reporting for the Consumer Bank’s first line of defense AML/KYC operations and enterprise AML compliance teams. He led key initiatives to operationalize Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) periodic refresh programs, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), AML/OFAC risk assessments, regulatory exam management, and enterprise committee reporting. His leadership also steered systems modernization aligning legacy KYC, CDD, and EDD practices to enterprise wide BSA/AML policy and regulatory standards.

Prior to joining SunTrust in 2015, Daniel spent over a decade at Trustmark National Bank, beginning his career in bank operations before transitioning into the BSA/AML compliance program. During this time, he held multiple roles focused on AML system tuning and optimization, process improvement, and the deployment of sustainable compliance practices across currency transaction reporting, KYC, EDD, high-risk investigations, and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR).

Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a career dedicated to advancing AML programs through innovation, analytics, and operational excellence. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Daniel proudly serves as a Executive Board Member of the ACAMS Atlanta Chapter.
 

Bob Hager has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He currently works as a Lead Business Consultant with NICE Actimize for 8 years working with clients to get the most out of their Actimize solutions on various AML projects.  Prior to joining NICE Actimize, Bob worked in various areas  such as Corporate Compliance, Financial Crimes, and Investment Services.  Bob served as the BSA/AML Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) Manager which included the alert, investigation, and EDD departments.  In addition, he led a BSA/AML Quality Assurance team for a large financial institution with a focus on retail banking.  He has experience working with industry regulators and internal audit.  Bob’s expertise has been in process and procedural development, private banking, insurance and investment services as a licensed broker and registered principal. He also helped author a KYC/CIP system for a regional bank that is still in production today.  Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Auburn University and has achieved the CFE and ACAMS certifications including a Co-Chair of the Atlanta ACAMS Chapter. He previously held his insurance license, as well as investment services licenses which included series 7, 24, 63 and 65. In addition, he has authored several industry specific blogs such as “Enhancing BSA/AML Quality Assurance with AI”, “Realizing the Potential of Operational Efficiencies in an AML Program” and “Evaluating Effectiveness: the Impact of a Rule Coverage Assessment on Transaction Monitoring Solutions”.  Bob also engaged in the 2024 ABA Conference as a panelist on “AML, Fraud and Technology: Successful Collaboration Between BSA,AML and IT”.

With over 17 years in Financial Services, I've excelled in roles spanning a principal money transmitter, merchant acquirer, and payment processor. My expertise lies in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions compliance, Card Network and ACH regulatory adherence, risk management, auditing, and partner collaboration. Known for critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, I've built a reputation for effective teamwork.

Beginning in 2005, I joined the Compliance Department of a principal money transmitter, overseeing BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessments. As an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, I handled transaction monitoring, SAR filings, and agent oversight across 13 states and 120 authorized delegates, catering to the Brazilian and Hispanic remittance market.

In 2010, I became a Senior BSA/AML Risk Analyst at Worldpay US Inc., later merged into Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Responsibilities included customer due diligence, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and submitting Unusual Activity Reports. Over a near 12-year tenure, I played a pivotal role in risk mitigation and compliance within FIS's Payments Network and Partnerships division, bridging connections between FIS, Acquiring Sponsor Banks, and Partner Banks across global markets.

Joining MSB Compliance, Inc. in 2022, I now contribute as a BSA/AML Compliance Specialist. My role entails regulatory reviews for various Money Services Businesses, supporting compliance efforts, and providing expertise in risk assessment, program development, training, and consultancy services.

I am a member of the ACAMS and currently in pursuing certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Erik is a Compliance Analyst at InComm Financial Services. With more than seven years of experience, he gained expertise in a variety of areas within the financial services sector, including risk, compliance, merchant onboarding, and prepaid payment processing. In his current position, Erik is responsible for the OFAC sanctions screening, customer due diligence and the compliance training program for his business unit. He has participated in internal BSA/AML audits, risk and oversight program updates, as well as risk assessments. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and serves as a Board Member for the ACAMS Atlanta Chapter where he is passionate about participating in cohesive communications strategies and building strong connections within the AML community by promoting up to date awareness against financial crime and the fighting of terrorist financing. He enjoys going hiking, gardening, and baking scrumptious desserts.

Theresa is a Senior Manager at Protiviti Consulting Firm within the Risk and Compliance practice. Theresa has been with the company since 2019 where she provides expertise and guidance to clients in the financial industry sector. She assists organizations with applying anti-money laundering methodology, adhering to regulatory compliance, and strengthening risk management processes.

Theresa offers 20 years of financial services experience, most recently, SunTrust Bank (now Truist Bank), serving as a Finance Risk Manager and Enterprise AML Risk Manager. Prior to SunTrust, Theresa spent several years at JP Morgan Chase, assisting with the buildout of various RCSA programs for both Chase Paymentech (Merchant Services) and their Mortgage department. She also served in roles at Bank of America within Mortgage, Commercial Banking and Dealer Financial Services.

She attended Tennessee State University, where she earned her BBA in Business Administration. Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband and children, volunteering locally around the Atlanta metropolitan area and escaping to the beach whenever she can.”

Beau has spent the last seven years working for Aston Carter, a human capital and business consulting firm. In his current role as GRC Solutions Executive, Beau partners heavily with banking and financial services clients to advance their financial crimes programs and goals. Beau is passionate about the financial crimes industry and ACAMS’ mission statement of providing world class professional education for all levels of Anti-Financial Crimes Professionals.

Beau earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Georgia and also played on the Bulldog’s baseball team. He resides in Atlanta with his wife Ashley and dog, Nala.

Blake is an Associate Director with Crowe LLP’s Financial Services Practice. He is an experienced leader with more than 17 years in BSA/AML roles. Prior to joining Crowe, Blake worked for more than 12 years in the financial industry overseeing BSA programs for two of the US’s largest financial institutions. He was the BSA lead in multiple bank acquisitions and mergers as well as multiple software implementations. During his career, Blake has also presented before hundreds of BSA professionals at various banker associations, Crowe webinars and FIBA and ACAMs hosted events.

Ernesto Davila is a seasoned leader in financial crimes technology and analytics, with over a decade of experience spanning the fintech, banking, crypto, and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Sanctions Intelligence and Control Oversights Lead at Meta, Ernesto drives cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that strengthen financial crime controls, optimize compliance frameworks, and enhance operational efficiency. His work centers on collaborating with senior stakeholders to address complex regulatory requirements while supporting sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining Meta, Ernesto held pivotal roles at Crowe LLP, SunTrust Bank, and EverBank, where he developed deep expertise in internal audit controls, sanctions compliance, system tuning and implementation, wholesale risk technology, anti-money laundering, and business intelligence analysis. He has led initiatives to streamline data management, improve transaction monitoring systems, and ensure robust regulatory adherence across diverse organizations.

Ernesto is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and is fluent in Spanish. His comprehensive skill set combines technical proficiency, industry insight, and effective communication, making him a trusted partner in advancing financial crime risk management.

Chris Cuzzucoli is a 27-yr veteran of financial crimes risk management, having held leadership roles in legal, compliance, operations, and risk management roles at various global financial institutions. Currently, he serves as the Head of Financial Crimes Risk Management for Bank of Hope (based in Los Angeles) and splits time between Atlanta & LA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, and an LLM degree from Texas A&M University.

Ed is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the Company, leveraging over twenty years of anti-financial crime and anti-money laundering expertise. Mr. Edmister has served in this capacity since June 2023 and has been with the Company since 2014. In his role as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the Company, he is responsible for day-to-day compliance operations, including overseeing all money transmitter licenses. He is considered an industry expert in risk management, compliance, and financial crime investigations. He has spoken at industry events and participates in annual ACAMS, ACFE, MTRA, PRMIA, and NMLS conferences. Mr. Edmister is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), Atlanta Chapter. He is a graduate of the Servicemembers Opportunity College, US Navy (SOCNAV) where he graduated with honors. He is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program, Oxford University, Saïd Business School.

He previously served on the Scientific Evidence Committee at the ABA, as a Forensic Expert Witness, and was noted for his professional acumen in landmark cases involving Scientific Misconduct, BP Oil Spill, Liberty Reserve Money Laundering Case (Costa Rica) and Paramount Studios – Loss Mitigation.

Ed is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and serves as a Board Member (Chair) for the Atlanta ACAMS Chapter.
