Fadiga
Nina Fadiga began her career in 2000 at the Central Bank of West African States. As a Bank Inspector she conducted on-site and off-site supervision in 8 countries. She contributed in monitoring relations with west and central African Supervisory Authorities and international institutions (Basel Committee’s Core Principles Liaison Group, IMF, etc.).
She left the supervising institution to join the banking industry in 2010 as Chief Compliance Officer of BNP PARIBAS subsidiaries in Côte d’Ivoire.
There, she organized and steered the Compliance activities: Financial Security, permanent control, fraud, ethics and clients’ protection.
In 2016 Nina joined Orange Group as Chief Compliance Officer of CECOM.
She supported African and Middle Eastern Mobile Money entities in the process of defining and steering their compliance system. She participated in building AML-CFT and risks management processes. She also contributed in Orange Bank Africa projects.
On March 2, 2020, Nina became Internal Control Director of CECOM.
Nina is board member of Orange Money Burkina Faso and Orange Money Madagascar.
