April’s Rapid-Fire Update will be taking deep dive in to sanctions developments and key considerations with regards to China and Myanmar. On the China-side of things, our expert panellists will explore human rights due diligence considerations, recent countersanctions activities and their implications, and what may be coming up on the horizon. For Myanmar, alongside providing a state of play our panellists will highlight key business risk considerations, such as heightened due diligence requirements, impact on joint ventures and identification of high-risk sectors.
