Mott
A graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, Kimwood Mott has spent over 20 years in the retail and private banking sectors both. He is currently Project Manager for digital currency implementation in The Bahamas, a role to which he was appointed in September 2020.
In this capacity, he is tasked with improving the domestic payments space and driving the national adoption of the Sand Dollar digital currency. The Bahamas has become the first country globally to take this step. Mr Mott’s previous professional engagements have included four years with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Senior Project Manager (March 2015 - March 2019) and seven years with Cititrust (Bah) Limited as Global Applications Manager (June 2007 – February 2015).
