The ACAMS Hong Kong Chapter Board is pleased to announce its Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Scholarship Program for2022. Similar to last year, the Board will fund two individuals with the CAMS Examination Package including one virtual classroom series and one year of Hong Kong Chapter membership.

Since its inception in 2001, the CAMS certification has become the gold standard in AML certifications and is recognized by private institutions, governments and law enforcement worldwide. This is a perfect opportunity, especially for recent entrants to the anti-financial crime industry, to build their capability and obtain this well-known certification at no personal cost. We invite you to apply for this program.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the scholarship program, you must fulfil the following:

• Resident in Hong Kong
• Have an active ACAMS Membership. Preference will be given to those who have consistently participated in Hong Kong Chapter events.
• Meet the CAMS® certification Eligibility Requirements. Visit ACAMS eligibility calculator to determine if you have the requisite background to qualify for the CAMS exam.

Application Method

Applicant needs to submit an application form before the deadline along with a statement to explain your interest in AML, why you wish to pursue the CAMS certification and how you plan to contribute to the ACAMS Hong Kong Chapter.

Application deadline: 31 January 2022, 5:30pm HK time.

Awardees will be announced in March 2022.
