Sant
Yanica Sant is the General Counsel at the MGA. She joined the MGA in 2014 and has occupied the roles of Legal Advisor, Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Policy and International Affairs. As General Counsel she heads the Legal, Enforcement, International Affairs and Policy teams. She is a member of the Supervisory Council, Commercial Communications Committee, Fit and Proper Committee, and the Compliance and Enforcement Committee within the MGA.
Yanica holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta, and a Master of Laws degree in Technology, Media and Telecommunications law from Queen Mary, University of London. She is a board member of GREF (Gaming Regulators European Forum), and a member of IAGR (International Association of Gambling Regulators), and IMGL (International Masters Gaming Law).
