December’s ACAMS AML Professional of the Month was awarded to Carol Slattery. Slattery was recognized for her dedication and passion to the anti-money laundering (AML) profession. Slattery is currently the Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering (BSA/AML) compliance manager and vice president at Regions Financial Corporation. In this role, she works on complex cases within the BSA/AML investigations department. In addition, Slattery has over 20 years of experience in the AML and counter-terrorist financing field.
