During this panel, our experts will address the sanctions due diligence implications under Bill C-47, including the deemed property ownership provision, and its new definitions of control; the challenges presented by the changing Russian sanctions and common evasion typologies; and the recent sanctions imposed on China and Iran over human rights violations.
