A former U.S. diplomat, international banker with Goldman Sachs, U.S. counterterrorism official, and professor of international security affairs at the National Defense University, Georgetown University, George Washington Unversity, and Joint Special Operations University, Celina Realuyo has more than two decades of experience in counterterrorist financing within the public, private, and academic sectors.
