    Refund Policy

ACAMS Hollywood Conference 2022 passes are non-refundable. Pass holders may request a pass transfer to another person, colleague or client up until March 8, 2022

Covid-19 Policy: pass holders will only be entitled to a refund of your conference pass if you are unable to attend the in-person event in Hollywood because you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or if government-issued travel restrictions are in place during the event dates. If you are unable to attend because of the Covid-19 illness, you will be asked to provide proof of a positive diagnosis. If you have been potentially exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19, you can request to transfer your pass to virtual or a future in-person event.

    Government-issued travel restrictions include:

    • The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel
    • The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to Hollywood, Florida
    • The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
    • There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Hollywood, Florida
    • There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements

Covid-19 refunds are not available for virtual events.

In the event Hollywood, Florida announces a return to Covid-19 restrictions, ACAMS will abide by local government and CDC guidelines. Due to new limited seating your conference pass may be subject to change to your choice of a virtual pass or the next in-person event. Seats will be allocated based on time of purchase. If you choose to transfer to virtual, the difference in pricing (if applicable) could be used as a credit towards a future ACAMS purchase.

If the state of Florida’s governing body imposes a new restriction that prohibits ACAMS from holding an in-person event you will be able to transfer your pass to virtual or the next in-person event. Refunds will not be available.

    In-person attendance

    Health and Safety Policy

ACAMS considers the health and safety of all those on-site at the 2022 ACAMS Hollywood 25th Annual Moneylaundering.com Conference as our priority.

ACAMS is offering in-person attendance at the 2022 ACAMS Hollywood Conference in Hollywood, Florida in compliance with local government orders permitting such gatherings at this time. ACAMS will follow current CDC guidelines for community levels in Broward County, Florida. Masks can be worn indoors based on personal preference. Masks will be available upon request for anyone in need of one. All attendees and staff are expected to fully comply with applicable safety precautions, such as staying home if exhibiting signs of illness. To make your experience safer and more comfortable sanitization stations will be available in the lobby, elevator banks, and throughout the meeting space.

At this time, Broward County does not have any restrictions involving capacity limits, large gatherings, and other safety protocols. However, in the event that hospitalization rates rise, Broward County could re-instate capacity limits, which could impact the number of attendees permitted at the 2022 ACAMS Hollywood Conference. If this were to occur, you would be notified as to the status of your registration. If state or local capacity restrictions require ACAMS to reduce the number of attendees at the 2022 ACAMS Hollywood Conference 2022, and you are unable to attend the conference in person, you will be provided alternatives, such as the ability to attend virtually or to transfer your pass to the next in-person event. Refunds will not be available.

If you subsequently test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you contact Judy Jurado (JJurado@acams.org). They will provide your information to the local health department to support any contact tracing efforts. In accordance with local health department requirements, ACAMS will comply with any contact tracing and/or notification protocols if we are notified that any attendee has tested positive for COVID-19.
