Dom serves as SVP, Director BSA AML Sanctions for First Citizens Bank. He oversees ownership and management of legacy FCB BSA/AML and Sanctions models, as well as FIU Systems, Solutions & Integration.  

Dom has approximately 35 years of experience in financial services, including 20 years in regulatory, compliance, and control leadership roles with First Citizens Bank, CIT Bank, BlackRock, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch. Dom was also the USAPA AML/Sanctions Officer for MLPro, a subsidiary of MLPF&S.

Dom is a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). He earned a BA from Rutgers University in NJ, and an MS from Saint Joseph’s University in PA.

Bryan Albro is a Vice President and Senior Economic Sanctions Advisor at U.S. Bank with over 13 years of sanctions experience. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Bryan held various senior sanctions advisory positions with J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of Montreal. Bryan has degrees in English and Economics from Loyola University Chicago and is both CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) and CGSS (Certified Global Sanctions Specialist) certified.

Sara is a Washington, DC based Senior Manager in the Financial Services Testing Practice at Crowe LLP specializing in the areas of financial institution risk management, regulatory response and remediation, and Sanctions and AML regulatory compliance. Sara has 18 years of experience in financial crimes compliance with a specific focus on OFAC and global sanctions compliance. Sara maintains extensive knowledge of bank compliance regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Sara has a Bachelor of Arts, International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Marex, Wike spent six years with Citi’s Global Sanctions Compliance Department, where he was responsible for overseeing the sanctions risk assessment, managing the sanctions regulatory inventory, establishing the sanctions risk appetite statement and tracking adherence to that appetite, reporting on sanctions matters to the board, and enhancing Citi’s sanctions policy, standards, and procedures.

He also spent six years with Wells Fargo’s Financial Crimes Compliance function, working first within the international intelligence group and later in the Operational Risk organization’s Risk Oversight and Quality Assurance team. Additionally, Wike worked in K2 Integrity’s Financial Crimes Compliance consulting practice and in Alvarez & Marsal’s Dispute Analysis and Investigations service.

Wike began his career at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), first in the Compliance Division and later in the Investigations and Enforcement Division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from American University.
