Greater St. Louis ACAMS April 2025 Judicial Speakers Event

Overview

Join the ACAMS Greater St. Louis Chapter as we host guest speakers from the United States District Court - Eastern District Missouri. Financial Fraud, including rising cases of identity theft, accounts for almost 20% of the criminal convictions in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri. The Presentence Investigations Unit Supervisor and U.S. Probation Officers will discuss a variety of topics relating to their work in investigating and supervising criminal offenders for the federal court. The U.S. Probation Office performs two basic functions: conducts presentence investigations and supervises offenders for the U.S. District Court. During our event, specific areas of discussion will include financial investigations prior to sentencing, collection of criminal monetary penalties, supervision of financial cases, and case study for the Eastern District of Missouri.
