Moller
Jeremy Moller is a risk advisory lawyer based in Sydney. He has over 15 years' experience working in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand as a lawyer specialising in anti-money laundering, international sanctions and export controls. He has advised numerous financial institutions and corporates on their approach to compliance and reporting to regulators. He also has acted on litigation arising out of regulatory investigations and been involved in Royal Commissions.
In addition to being an Advisory Board Member for the ACAMS Australasian Chapter, Jeremy is a Member of the Ethics Committee of the New South Wales Law Society and is a Member of the AML/CTF Working Group for the Law Council of Australia. Through these roles he is engaging with the current consultation regarding the modernisation of Australia’s anti-money laundering regime being led by the Attorney-General’s Department.
