Goldblatt, CAMS
Bonnie Goldblatt is the Head of Investigations for Citibank’s Global Financial Crimes Investigations and Intelligence Unit. She oversees the enterprise-wide complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations often generated by impactful external events that may pose significant reputational risk to the bank through regionally managed teams in North America, Europe, Asia, Mexico, and Latin America. In her capacity, Bonnie leads the engagement with Federal law enforcement on highly sensitive manners to include terrorist financing, fraud, human trafficking, and narcotics trafficking. Prior to her position at Citigroup, Ms. Goldblatt was a federal agent serving as the National Program Manager for Art and Antiquities Investigations for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ICE Investigations. During her tenure with DHS, Ms. Goldblatt led asset forfeiture investigations for transnational investigations in the areas of human trafficking, narcotics smuggling and TBML. Ms. Goldblatt is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, where she developed a course and instructs on AML Compliance and Terrorist Financing.
