You will learn:
- How to recognize laundering, e.g. through Black Market;
- Peso Exchange, import and export price manipulation and the use of corporate vehicles;
- What the FATF 40 and 8 Recommendations, Basel Due Diligence and Wolfsberg Principles entail;
- Important elements of Anti Money Laundering Programs, including implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) policies; and
- How to support and conduct the investigation process.

Cancellations and No Shows:
Cancellations received up to two months before the event will receive a full refund minus a $250 administration fee.
Cancellations received up to 1 month before the event will be issued a credit voucher to be used towards next year’s conference.
Cancellations received after the 1 month dead line will not be refunded.
You are always welcome to send someone else as a substitute. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference.
