Cancellations and No Shows:
If you are unable to attend, you must cancel in writing (letter, fax, email) 10 business days prior to the seminar to receive a refund. Refunds will be subject to a deduction of the price of the CAMS Exam Preparation Guide. No refunds will be extended after 10 business days prior to the seminar. After 10 business days you may reschedule your registration for a future date. Registrants who are unable to attend the seminar may have a substitute person attend at no additional charge. Simply call us to add their name to our attendee list. As a courtesy, we ask that any substitutions be made at least one day prior to the seminar. No shows (paid or unpaid registrations) will be subject to a $200.00 penalty fee and will be able to reschedule their preparation seminar registration for a future date.
