Section 312 and Its Ramifications for Your Banking Institution (Audio/Visual CD-ROM)
The most comprehensive and controversial money laundering regulation mandated by the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 is now a reality. Section 312 requires tens of thousands of banks, securities dealers and mutual fund managers in the United States and abroad to look more closely at correspondent and private banking accounts -- and the people who use them. The new legislation deeply affects the risk management and compliance operations of entire financial sectors. This Web seminar will clarify all of the effects of this divisive regulation on your institution as well as the proposed regulations on correspondent account due diligence.
