Sunil is a principal of enCautus, leading its AML practice. Sunil specializes in optimizing automated transaction monitoring for Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering (BSA/AML) compliance. He evaluates internal control structures and data to help identify weaknesses and associated compliance risks. He has experience in risk modeling of customers, accounts, activities and processes and has managed AML monitoring system implementation for banks in jurisdictions in the Americas, EU and Asia. Sunil has worked with banks of all sizes, including two of the World’s largest to small community banks with a handful of branches.
