ACAMS Conference Cancellation Policy
To receive a full ACAMS Annual Conference refund you must write to member services, via email, mail or fax by August 8, 2008. If you cancel between August 9th and August 22nd, you will be issued a full refund minus a US$250 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 23rd, 2008. Refunds or credits will not be issued for no shows. Registrants who are unable to attend the ACAMS Annual Conference may have a substitute person attend at no additional charge. Simply call ACAMS at +1.305.373.0020 to add their name to our attendee list. As a courtesy, we ask that any name changes be made at least five (5) business days prior to the conference.
