• 45 days or more prior to arrival - one night charge for the number of rooms cancelled
• Between 30 days and 45 days prior to arrival - 50% charge of the total number of room nights cancelled
• Between 14 days and 30 days prior to arrival - 75% charge of the total number of room nights cancelled
• Within 14 days, non arrivals and early departures - 100% charge of the total number of rooms cancelled

The Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa is the sponsor for your stay in Dubai and therefore guests must remain at the hotel for the entire visit. For visitors departing the UAE from any port other than Dubai, we request that you fax us a copy of the departure stamp in your passport by fax as soon as you return home.

Note: The entry visa is for single entry only and valid for entry within specified period mentioned from the date of issue and is not-renewable. U.A.E. government regulations are subject to change without notice. On arrival, please proceed to passport control for Immigration check.
