John Byrne is an internationally-recognized regulatory and legislative attorney with over 25 years of experience in financial services issues, with expertise in regulatory oversight, policy and management, anti-money laundering, privacy and consumer compliance. He was most recently president of Condor Consulting LLC and prior to that the global regulatory relations executive for Bank of America and the director of the American Bankers Association’s Center for Regulatory Compliance. Mr. Byrne has received a number of awards, including the Director’s Medal for Exceptional Service from the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the ABA’s Distinguished Service Award for his career work in the compliance field.
Donna Davidek, CAMS-Audit

Donna Davidek is BSA/AML/OFAC officer at IBERIABANK, a large commercial bank headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she oversees a team of BSA managers and investigators in Florida and Louisiana. Davidek and her team instituted and continue to maintain a sound and effective BSA program including the development of policies, risk assessments and procedures, as well as the recent implementation of a new AML software system.
Davidek retains membership in a Financial Crimes Peer Group and two compliance associations. She has been a guest speaker at several conferences and training sessions related to compliance and audit. Davidek’s commitment to continuing education is evident by her attendance at over 100 compliance and risk management related schools, seminars and webinars over the past 10 years, including: graduate of ABA Compliance School, 5 years of BSA School and numerous ABA and ACAMS conferences. Davidek is currently in the process of earning her ACAMS Advanced Audit Certification.
Lauren Kohr, CAMS-FCI

Lauren Kohr is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of all aspects of the BSA/AML/OFAC program for Metro Bank, the foremost financial services retailer serving Central Pennsylvania, as the Bank’s Assistant Vice President and Director of AML/BSA/OFAC Compliance.
Lauren’s background includes more than nine years of experience in the financial sector including BSA/AML and OFAC compliance. Prior to her current role, she was the BSA/AML Audit Supervisor at Metro Bank. During this time, she was accountable for supervising day-to-day operations of the AML/BSA and other consumer compliance audit efforts, including supervising and conducting audits in accordance with regulatory guidance, set standards of performance and design projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the audit programs and department.
Lauren is a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS), is CAMS certified and is actively pursuing her CAMS – FCI graduate certification. She earned her bachelor’s of science in accounting from Arizona State University.
